Most requests don’t need this form.
In SpeechPath Lab, you can delete one take, one phrase’s takes or all of them in Contributions, withdraw your consent in Settings, under Consent, or leave SpeechPath Lab in Settings. These remove your takes from SpeechPath Lab’s database straight away, or as soon as you’re online, without anyone needing to find them for you. To get a copy of your data, use Export My Data in Settings.

Use this form if you no longer have the iPhone, want the review copies on the developer’s computer deleted, or need to tell us about takes sent by someone under 18. Include your Contributor ID, shown in Settings, under Consent, and in your consent PDF, or the take IDs you copied in Contributions. Without one, we can’t match your request to any take. We act on any request that quotes a valid ID, so we never ask for ID documents. For a copy of your data, use Export My Data in SpeechPath Lab’s Settings: we don’t send copies by email.
